Koza Yönetim prepares annual operating plan and expense-income budget in compliance with the Condominium Ownership Law for your building.

 

 

Our company monitors the income and expenses according to the budget, prepares the financial statements and keeps them ready for auditing. The legal books and records are maintained as per the general accounting procedures and principles. The follow-up and collection of the maintenance fees are handled as per the Condominium Ownership Law. The payments for all other goods and services procured for the building are made. The financial transactions, fund-cash management, realization of legal financial obligations, filing and archiving are all handled by Koza Yönetim along with any internal and external audits.

 

 

Koza Yönetim organizes the General Meeting of Property Owners in the manner indicated in the management plan, as per the requirements of the Condominium Ownership Law.
